Jacob... I wish to go to the NCAA Final Four

Jacob is an athletic and outgoing teenager from Medford, MN.  Jacob was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2006 and Jacob was referred to Make-A-Wish during his many treatments and hospital stays.  Being a huge basketball fan, he wished to go to the NCAA Final Four!

Jacob and his family enjoyed a fun-filled trip to San Antonio, Texas to see this exciting tournament.  This trip was extra-special because Jacob's father was being deployed to Iraq shortly after they returned.  

This Southern Minnesota community really came together to support Jacob and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Thanks to the Elks Club of Owatonna, the Thomas Schenk family and United Auto Workers - GM, Jacob's wish to go to the NCAA Final Four was all that he wished for and more!
