Amy... I wish to meet Donald Trump

Amy is an 11-year-old girl from St. Paul.  Amy loves watching The Apprentice and when asked what her one wish would be, she said that she wanted to meet Donald Trump.  Amy has been diagnosed with Glioma, a type of brain tumor.

One day in June, Amy was given the red-carpet treatment and her wish came true.  Amy traveled to New York City with her family and spent a couple days seeing the sights in the “Big Apple”.  On the morning she was to meet The Donald, she was whisked away in a limousine to Trump Tower – the brass-and-glass monolith where Donald Trump lives and works, and, more importantly, where week by week, he whittles down The Apprentice’s roster of jostling job-seekers.  Amy arrived there and met Donald.  They even walked the red-carpet together on the way to the Destination Joy^® tour bus!  Donald Trump helped kick off the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s national Destination Joy campaign with Amy and other wish kids.  The wish kids and their families then toured the city in style stopping at some of the city’s most famous sites. Amy said this was one of the best days of her life!
