What are the sources of funding?
Primarily individual donations - memorials, gifts given for birthdays, weddings, etc. We also host two fundraisers each year ñ Wish Ball and Stories of Light®. Other revenue comes from outside fundraisers and corporate donations.

What is your annual budget?
Approximately $3,380,000.00

How much of my donation goes to granting a wish?
Based on our most recent independent annual audit, 77% of the revenue spent was allocated to our wish-granting program.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Absolutely! The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. As such, all contributions are deductible for income tax purposes. We have an annual independent audit that is available upon request.
